Participation and dialogue to promote the fight
against climate change in Andalusia

The Andalusian Network Against Climate Change (Redac), promoted by Hidralia and managed by the Hidralia+UGR Chair, is an open, participative space aimed at promoting social awareness about the problem of climate change.

Redac aims to become a large network with the participation of social, corporate and institutional stakeholders. It is based on information and dissemination, to raise social awareness of problems relating to climate change and to promote actions in the area of mitigation and adaptation.

In addition, this Network aims to become a permanent forum in which member entities exchange experiences, evaluate projects and gather information on mitigation and adaptation, as well as promoting the establishment of business, institutional and public-private partnerships.

Members, which already number over five hundred, are committed to helping to meet the Sustainable Development Objectives and the New Urban Agenda, contribute to communication and knowledge of future laws on climate change, and promote the reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, among other actions.
